12/26/2008 Was a better xmas this year than last, Thankfully.... Xmas over with for another year  Girls woke up bright and early, ...strangely enough with not the same 'charge around the house screaming SANTA'S BEEEEN' has they all did last year, all was a calmer although still a hectic day. Dad managed to get here for 0800, ....he just didn't go bed at all poor man, and the girls waited for him to get here before opening prezzies (strange kids i got eh) although i think it may of been more the fact the girls/me last xmas had to spend all of xmas without their grandad, that was hard!!! Especially when the girls are so used to being at their grandads for the whole of xmas and new year since being babies, mum decided last xmas to say the words 'would of been nice for grandad to be here' having herself and the girls upset and xmas dinner left,..and new year not much of a good one either. oh well that was last year! This year was a good xmas, dad was here in the morning, he watched/helped and took headache tabs haha main thing is he was with us for xmas, he then went to my bros g/f's house for xmas dinner with her mum, leaving us to have ours. Dont think that when he came back he be expecting to be building a kitchen but hey oh even in his knackered state he still did it. (thanks dad) Shame Christmases and New Years cannot be has we used to have them,... mum... dad,... 3 bros and the girls all laughing and joking, and building xmas prezzies Nowadays it is mum, this year and hopfully for many more years to come dad.... and one bro on other end of a phone, but hey oh such is life!  Me and mum   Me and little one  ...Me and mum ...Older one, mum, and dad ....you asleep dad ??? haha   ....Now dad am sure mum can dress herself lol  ....Middle one  .... 12/25/2008 xmas eve..NEARLY there!! Time is now 0305....Few hours to go till total cahos!! AARgghhhh..... The idea today was to go to wollworths and buy 1 play kitchen to go with the play food, Great idea my mum comes up with ....only did it happen like that oooh no!! Woolies is like aladdins cave to any a female out there, and right now with shutting down sales on means bargins galour, (cannot moan) although carrying 4 wollies sacks to the taxi rank i think went alittle OTT on the ONLY going halfs on the play kitchen with mum, oops!! Soooo guess what mum and i have been doing most the evening??? well i say most that was when the middle daughter had FINALLY given in with the 'has santa been YEEEEET' question, and decided there is really no point to the asking has mum is ignoring me...nannie is typing away to grandad on msn so might has well go bed and go sleep, leaving me and mum around 1100pm to wrap yet more xmas prezzies,  So got those finished in early hours of the morning AGAIN,...same has last year, and gee am just not going to say the words NEVER AGAIN they are pointless to say! Still has they say, xmas is for the little ones, and one day they be all grown up and only thing i will hear is the words ''off down the pub, what time did you say xmas dinner will be cooked for''?....cannot wait lol Hope you have your alarm set dad....nice and eatry, ...i sure have, Mum has decided at this time in the morning to have a bath, huh???, oh well leave her to it, am off to bed, going to be a looooong day in a few hours. Have a good one all see you in a few hours dad,....(don't forget headache tabs)

Yesterday started of with the usual....''is it christmas yeeeeet'' from the girls at which point i just didn't answer them!!!, well lets face it sometimes it is best to just say nothing....that was one of those times!
Bundled them all into a taxi to go do last bits of xmas shopping at Sainsburys! ...got to be kidding me, NO party sausages!, NO pork pies ! NO dips that wasn't Indian or spicy!....Plenty of boxes of mince pies though ones with sherry, ones with icing on the top, and even ones with custard in them
Oooo i bought the meat you didn't REALLY thing i give my mum steak, egg and chips for xmas day dinner did you
...mum will be pleased, although that could change when she sees it may need to be cooked for 5hrs before eating....oops!!Last night mum had an brainwave
 miricles do happen hahaha, and it was actually a good one too!!, she decided WE WOULD get the xmas wrapping done last night instead of tonight (xmas eve).... unlike last years palarva of STILL wrapping xmas prezzies at 0530 xmas day morning for them to be unwrapped 2 hrs later and being totally knackered xmas day to the point where the girls had free run totally of the house, whilst two adults slept a fair few hrs away (NEVER AGAIN)!!! So the xmas prezzie wrapping is ALL done by 0235 xmas eve morning, YAY we did it, santas grotto couldn't beat my kitchen i tell you.
BUT WAIT FOR IT....
My plan for today was get on with coursework am now behind on, do the buffet stuff (well what we got) later and haaa a nice chilled out evening on the 360 not having to worry about getting xmas prezzies wrapped...
My mums plan started with the words.....''lets go into town'', ARRRggghhhh!!!
You know what this means don't you, MORE XMAS PREZZIES BEING BOUGHT cause hey why not, i mean there is still one more day of shopping left before xmas day so lets g spend!! spend!! spend!! ....and spend the evening, yes this is an evening that my mum and me said ''NEVER AGAIN'' to wrapping any more xmas prezzies we buy....Jeeesssusss where does it all end????
I think it ends about 2200 when there is no more shops physically open to buy from, either that or when we both got no cash left....logic, noooo there is none, but hey oh mums will be mums!!!

) cutting it up into strips or WayHey even better, little tiny pieces..tinyier the bleeding better, ....the strips they than use selotape to stick the ends together (selotape for wrapping xmas prezzies with!!) wrapping it into a circle and proceeding to make what 'they' call a chain, then taping it to the dam walls!! huh??? Who the hell taught them THAT one?|
