6/13/2008 Why do i bother.....??I was ontop of the world this time last week, was able to finally enrol at Plymouth Uni on that BA(Hons)Architecture course i spend past 5 years aiming for...to be told few days ago actually that course is full for 2008, but you can enrol for 2009...huh? so err WTF am i supposed to do for a year???
Options available-
1- Sit on ass and do SFA on hope that Sept 2009 comes around quick...yeah like i want to sit on my ass doing SFA, not likely!!
2-Nag and nag at Plymouth uni makeing them well aware that I DO WANT TO GET ON THIS COURSE MORE THAN THAT 19 Y.O,...yeah like they listening or even give a monkeys left nut if i do!! (least im learning the fine art of nagging so well earned bonus maybe)
3- Move to London/Manchester where theres more uni's available, more help with funding (i got sponser for uni), more clubs...pubs.
 ...but i got 3 gals so how can i do that! errrm yeah can see me reaching the uni door i move where there is a club or 20 and where more than half my mates live, nope not a option that one, and tbh, i live in a lovely area, great ppl, great place for the gals to grow up in, ppl pay good money to get views out their windows i got so why should i move them away from that....although am thinking of taking them Germany, hmm theres a option gonna think on that one!!
3-Searching the net for distance learning courses, paid for by me as is the current one im doing has THERES NO HELP AVAILABLE, im starting to detesst that dam sentance... so that seems to be my option right now,
The dam goverment want us single mums to get off our asses either by doing courses with aim of employment at end or get out their and get a job....well noway on this crazy planet will i sit on my ass behind some till when i know i can do way better, so why dont the dam goverment help those who are trying to help themselves....what more am i supposed to do....giving in on the will do get anywhere i am right now!!
 6/6/2008 One hell of a chuffed gal i am...Going to keep this short as i have the real world and just being mum to get back to....!!Yesterday i found out that i can enrol at Plymouth Uni doing a BA(Hons) Architecture course, fingers crossed, sounded promising when i spoke over the phone with a course tutor y/day, its where i want to be and what i messed up grand style before the gals came along, so all the past years of hard work will of deffo paid off.
Will keep you posted on it when i hear anymore!!
Noway will i ever forget you guys who some of you been sat otherside of my net since i got it 5 years ago,Some i know more for real as in from school, you all in one way or another been there for me, helped me through some real tough times when i needed you the most and ill never forget that,....its a 3 years at Uni and 2 years as placement im not disappearing off face of the earth i promise!
