8/31/2008 DARTMOUTH REGATTA...Would'nt bother with it if i was you!...instead try Bournmouth Air display, which strangely coincided with the Dartmouth regatta! and that was deffinatly where EVERYTHING and ALL action was...Dartmouth Regatta was crap to say the least,
Why?
*Spot the oddity- I did 3 times with the girls during the week, out of sheer boredom! £1 a go i think it was!
*Colouring competion- The girls did that 5-6 times at 50p a sheet during the week, i did two, again out of sheer boredom, even the girls got fed up with colouring in the end!
Wednesday 27th august 2008- Official opening
* Black cats- minus 1 black cat, Should'nt of bothered springs to mind!, was'nt quite the same with just the one, apparently the other was 'sick' (Sits wondering if that was through too much 'fun' over in Bournmoth the night before)
*Exeter pipes and drums- Did dartmouth committee find them last min,?? If your scottish then you would of enjoyed them, or into bagpipes, only they hung around for 15mins then gone, probably had other places to be alot better,...like Bournmouth!
Thursday 28th august 2008
*Fancy dress competion- Not many bothered.
*Music in the bandstand- She was okish, nowhere near as good has the band we usually have !.
*HMS Argyll- The highlight of the week!!!, came in late, i.e- today instead of the usual at the very start of the regatta which is the 24th/25th.(operational dutys which was fair enough)
*Battle of britain memorial flight- Minus the 3rd, he decided to stay in Bournmouth,(probably to hung over from the night before!)...at least two of them bothered!
*Music in the bandstand- They was utter crap, two guys dressed in Butchers aprons, trying their hardest to get the crowd singing..did they get theses guys from the local butcher shops in dartmouth??, or just two of the street eh? although we (me and the girls) decided that the taxi rank and the queue would be a much better place to be!...Bordom had totally taken over by this time then we remembered the fireworks display was on tonight
Friday 29th august 2008-
Did'nt bother wasting time, energy or any cash to go out the house!!..the girls was'nt interested AT ALL.
Instead took pics from my own front door of the Sea king helecopter and the typhoon practicing, well worth staying at home for, got to see alot more and save alot more from the comfort of my own home!
Saturday 30th august 2008-
Found out from the cheapjacks (stallholders) that staying at home y/day was a good choice to make, has the practice of the typhoon from the harbour you could hear but could'nt see due to the clouds and the Sea King air display did'nt bother turning up either...so thats why it landed in the Naval College and we sat at home waiting for it to leave but never heard it leave.
* Black knights parachute display team- Did'nt do their display at dinnertime due to low cloud (fair enough that) said that they would be back at 1810 when hopfully the cloud would of lifted (at least they had a reason to not put on the display)...but then never bothered to turn back up!!!
* Typhoon air display,- What you could see of it was great, at least he bothered to try through the clouds! although the usual after the air display meet the pilots that usually happens as has done in the past and that my middle daughter looks forward to each and every year... never happened !, so tears from her has i tryed and failed to explain the 'why' Well how do you explain to a 6 year old that the pilots would rather be in Bournmouth???..although she cheered up by the mention of The Red Arrows are on in abit, and then asked ''well mummy where is there little van that sells the Red Arrows gear''??, (she remembered i had promisd her one of the scale model planes)...Tears AGAIN has i told her it had'nt bothered to turn up this year...Did'nt bother too leave Bournmouth no doubt!!
*Music in the bandstand- ''59 ford'' a band actually worth the leg ache to stand around and listen to!
* Newfoundland dogs rescue demonstration- Could'nt see a dam thing, too much crowd!!, as i had said to the girls that i would stick out the leg pain in the long queue to go and look around HMS Argyll thats what we did... untill an hour just over later and still stood in the queue, HMS Argyll decides to not bother taking ANYMORE over to look around and stop!!...guess they could'nt be bothered either??? ...So we turned around, leaving me to then explain to 3 upset girls why YET AGAIN something they was looking forward to just was'nt going to be happening!!...by this time my bloody head is throbbing and all i want to do is go the hell home myself!!!
* RN Merlin Air display- What we could see of it was great, had me and the girls laughing as it came so low it blew sprays of the water from the Dart over us haha, first time all week i saw the girls actually laughing and having fun!
* Red Arrows Air display- They should of like many of the helecopters/jets through the week, saved the fuel and not bothered, Give them credit they did'nt give up trying through the clouds and we got a 4 second glimpse of them through broken cloud, but it was more a case of 'we can hear them but like hell can we see them' even the crowd could'nt really be bothered to cheer and clap, i guess it was a case of what we cheering too?? ...they did try which is the main thing, right to the point where we was told they could'nt try anymore as had only enough fuel to get back to exeter (WOW they was'nt going to bournmouth, shocking!!) ...one thing you REALLY cannot fault the Reds for and thats their will to keep trying, right till the end!
Although again the middle daughter asks ''where are all the pilots that usually are about'', just as i was about to explain for the 23rdish time the why, i did'nt need to suddenly the girls started jumping up and down, smiles all over their faces they had spotted Andy, (Red 10) that cheered all 3 of them up, totally made their day and saved me having to explain...although he seemed to just want to be out of dartmouth has quick has he could...i wonder why???
Even the RN guys who i saw around 1400 walking about with armful of booklets to hand out, i saw again around 1830 walking back with those booklets...not many had gone!!
* Fireworks display- Amazing done to music has it is every year at the end of regatta..
I for one look forward to the only once a year 'fun' that Dartmouth gets,... only for the first time in the 4 years i have lived here i can honestly say it was 'utter crap from start -finish' ,a total waste of dragging 3 excited girls down there who then got bored, bored and has each day wore on even more BORED!...,the ones with no kids was also uttering the words 'shall we go home ' ,'all we are doing is spending money on that fair'..of which i sat thinking 'yup and dont i know how that one feels'
Dont get me wrong, if you like sitting down for hours upon hours watching a load of tennis players hitting a ball backwards and forwards to each other or even if you like to sit on the harbour letting the day drag by watching rowers race each other then yeah dartmouth regatta is the place for you, no doubt on that one!
But this year it was total crap!, can now see why the comittee at the opening ceromony looked has miserable as sin, (if only they had told the locals that nothing was in store for this years regatta, we would of not bothered and saved ALOT of cash) the ONLY ones to benifit was the cheapjacks, the takeaway food vans and the fairground!!...
Heres hoping that next years Dartmouth Regatta is a hell of alot better, or the tourists who are REALLY the ones that make up the crowds wont bother to waste their time in pain staking car ferry queues or standing anything up to 3-5hrs in a park and ride queue! ...and the locals will just stay at home and save on a bloody big headache of 'we are bored' if they have kids....Just a thought but never know ,maybe even the women with the skirts up their asses hanging around the Royal Hotel waiting for some guy from the forces to get 'friendly' with them might not bother too next year either!!!...and save me having to explain the word 'shag' to the girls.
8/29/2008 Hmm who's for dating???.....Ok, so dating, What is your interpretation of it???
It seems that there is many different ways to 'date' i got a message of a guy that made me chukkle. then sit back and think actually i wont reply again,
His way of dating....
1) Send messages back n forth for abit
2) Ask or send addy...
3) chat on MSN for abit
4) Decide if the girl he is chatting with fills his categories
5) Ask to meet her
Seems pretty much how it goes in the way of 2008 dating and where the net is concerned hey??...
But then i asked the million doller question..
'When you say dating what EXACTLLY is your interpretation of that ?'
Well this made me chukkle it did
His interpretation of dating...
1) Meet up a few times...(cool with me) !
2) If there is chemistry, some attraction on the first if not the second date then he would want it to go further, i.e- fecking each others brains out !.
<insert LMFAO smily dude here>
3) Although he would be seeing other girls aswell, incase i was'nt the 'right' girl for him in some way,and he would be missing out on 'the one'. and then he adds on the end...
(Not a chance you could not be the 'right' girl, hun, you have personality and your stunning babe, dont know how you are single, but i am hoping that i can be that man that makes other men turn their head and look when i walk down the street with you, think i can be that man babe? ) <----that fecking word AGAIN!!
Well heres my definition of HIS word 'dating'
1) keeping his options very open sprang to my mind very quickly!
2) Sleeping with ALL the girls am dating, maybe none of you are 'the right girl' but as i dump you one by one i have filled your space with another,- which in my books dumps him in the 'players' box am i right??
3) Whilst sleeping with these girls and coming then back to you, i may have picked up something from that girl i slept with lastnight, if i have and i pass it onto you then you cannot say you did'nt know i was also dating others has well as you.
wOW another way of a player trying to get what he wants, and playing with words has he very badly trys i would say....but at least he let me know LMFAO.
Think i am going to not bother with guys who have 'dating' as a option on their profiles...although i have met some genuine guys who have dating on their profiles, just not been the guy for me, gee what does a girl do when it comes to that bloody word 'dating?
8/28/2008 The Black cats...may of had the tourists fooled, but not the locals!!...To be more percific my middle daughter who has just turned 6 years old!
Has the girls had been excitedly waiting with alot of patience all day for the Black cats to do their 10mins show at 1730, The older daughters face just turned around and looked at me, when firstly there was only the one 'black cat' instead of the usual two to syncronize with it (I explained to her that apparently the other was sick ) but then came the middle daughters dissapointment, when she turned to me and said ''Mummy, we been waiting all day for this. THATS NOT THE BLACK CATS, THATS THE HELECOPTER THAT FLYS OVER OUR GARDEN AT HOME!!!!
To which a fair few people also stood on the South Embankment overheard, and smiled at her.
Tbh i was so busy taking pics to add to the photos on live space i never took any notice, AT FIRST!!, but then i did, has i flicked back through the photos i had took, i noticed there was no Black cat emblem on the sides of the helecopter,(take a look at last years pics of The Black Cats and you will see what i mean,if you dont know)!...
...and has we was walking away i looked over towards the Naval college, and it was like a 'slap in the face' or rather running into a brick wall face first, has i stood with the girls and watched the 'Black cat' slowly landing in the Naval college, it suddenly dawned on me that if i had just stood in my own back garden, i not only would of saved myself alot of 'mummy i'm bored' earache, but also would of saved myself £65 in trying to keep the girls bloody happy!!
Next year will not even be bothering to waste time, energy and cash in making the effort to go down to watch them... OR one of them.
And just to top the evening of the girls decide that 'they dont want to stay any longer, the usual band that's around after the opening ceromony is none excistant, (unless you count the guys in skirts from some bagpipe band who hung around for 15mins), its boring and want to go home is what they said!
So totally agreeing with the girls, we headed off towards the taxi rank, through the crowd of people who had gathered outside the Royal Castle Hotel, when the older daughter spots a women with a lovely sparkly red dress on and says 'Thats a pretty dress that girl is wearing, mummy can i have a dress like that one?''...
...on noticing the dress was up the womens ass to say the least, i told the older daughter noway!! of course the usual 'why' comes flying back has a reply, so i told her 'she is'nt old enough to wear those kind of dresses.
Thankfully it got left at that.
untill...
We reach the taxi rank, and the queue of people who are chatting about the 'amount' of women from -18 to 50ish out this year, in skirts/dresses that leave nothing to the imagination to say the least, and wondering on the why??, only to come to the OBVIOUSE conclusion, has one man put it...
''The regatta Rock is this evening,900 tickets sold out,the Naval college get the first scoop at any if not the majority of tickets so leaving many people who live in dartmouth without, Easyiest way of gaining entrance...
...wear a skirt up your backside, one that shows most cleavage is the best, hover outside the Castle Hotel, and eventually the Navy guys WILL make the way in that direction. At which point these women with the skirts so short get 'noticed' even before the navy guys have hit the Hotel bar, make conversation and hey presto these women get their entrance to the Regatta Rock..and also get a shag for the night or untill after the weekend.''
Said right infront of all 3 of my girls hearing!!...great one for the future and when the girls hit 18 that one, Sometimes i wish people would be alot more tactful when speaking infront of little kids, trying to explain the word 'shag' to my 7 year old daughter when she asked me what it meant in the taxi, gained me a puzzled look when i said 'oh its a thickness on a carpet, they call it a shag... 8/27/2008 You wont believe this BUT.........It is now 0257, (again)... 5 DAYS AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY HRS LATER I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED SORTING ALL SAMPLES INTO FILES AND COLOUR/NUMBER CODED ALL SUPPLIERS AND FILED
Blimey i impress myself at times, knacker myself out in the process, and not had much if any time to chat with mates BUT at least i have done it all, finished in way of sample sorting!...got to admit if i see another bloody sample or supplier for at least a month no make that four, i will not be impressed!!
SO now i m off to mop the floors (yes at this time in the morning,) and then move in the direction of the shower, HOPFULLY getting a few hrs sleep, waking up knowing that for the next 4 days all i am going to be doing is having some well earned FUN !!!!...
see you guys down there if yu turning up, if not is cool, and those of you who are setting of in another 2hrs.
Just the 1 thing to say really....
DONT BOTHER WITH YOUR CARNAVS YOUR LIKLY TO END UP IN DEEP WATER...
8/24/2008 Past week...Going to change this from 'what have i done today' to 'what have i been doing this week' just cannot keep up with it all on a daily basis, infact finding it very hard to do 2 courses, chat with mates on msn, keep 3 girls happy, and have a real world social life...
Any will get my ass into some form of gear during Sept, and sort it out with 'a routine'
So this week-
Been busy busy busy!, infact still busy so will simplyfy this.
* Handed in my assignment monday, which i thought was the 18th august, could be wrong, only it apparently was marked on the 18th too,so maybe i am wrong,..unless royal mail maraculusly got it there the same day. (Impossibility)!
* Went totnes tuesday that was fun, muddy but fun!
* Dartmouth castle, well all i can say to that is bring your own brew, your own food, and your own juice for kids...unless you want to spend £15.75 on 3 glasses of milk, 3 flapjacks, and a half cup of coffee! oh and add to that £4 adult and £2 per child entrance fee to get into castle which takes you all of half hour to walk around , add to that £1.50 per adult and £1 per child boat trip back to South embankment, for those like me who could'nt be assed to walk nearly 2 hrs back to Dartmouth = one very expensive day out!!!
* Welcome home party on friday
* Got my marks back for M1 test paper 1, i got 73%, which with 3 girls at home, real world stuff going on, trying to keep up with MSN mates.
A tutor who decided to phone me and tell me the day i posted M1 that he had been on holiday, and then another tutor tell me that he infact was my assigned tutor but has the other tutor as now marked up my work, then i will be passed onto him.... Still have no idea who the hell i spoke to on the phone but am happy with the 73%!
* Thursday/friday morning was a near all nighter with an MSN mate, who also was staying up to sort out for his meeting he had to plan so we kept each other awake, (having a GSOH helps when in this situation) but i gave in around 0530ish said 'night night' to mate and naffed off to bed
* Since Friday very late evening i have been sat in amongst carpet/sofa/wallpaper/paint ect samples, sorting them out into some order, then filing them on computer then adding them to a filing system, still have loads more in way of filing the suppliers of the samples in some form of readable order to do. But getting there veeery slowly. (Will add pics to my interior design slideshow)
So now it is Sunday 24th august,am so tired i feel like i am not in my own body anymore, the girls have 'tidyed up their mess in their own style of tidying' so i have that to go and sort out inbit along with washing clothes.washing up and cooking food, but at least the bulk of the samples are filed and sorted, just the suppliers to now go and file,
Can see another all nighter happening again tonight! - somehow i have to cram in over a weeks worth of CAD coursework that i am now behind on, before i get too far behind!.
haha, Life is such a joke at times, just have to laugh at it then get on with it!
8/19/2008 Assignment 1-Interior design courseAssignment 1/ Test paper M1- see slideshow above.
Has easy as...
1) Cut out two colour pictures from a magazine:
one of an interior view which appeals to you, and one which you think you could
improve upon.
2) Mount these pictures neatly on paper or card and write a brief critique of each,
comparing what strike you as the respective good and bad points of the two
interiors and how you feel you could make improvements where necessary.
(refer to checklist)
Each critique should be 250 words. Concision and clarity of expression are
important aspects.(* over wording on this test and throughout the course
will be penalized by deduction of marks)!
Checklist to be referred to throughout the course!
1) What materials are used?
2) What colour,texture or pattern?
3) Why have the particular materials been chosen?
4) What effect do they create?
5) How are they cleaned?
7) How are they fixed?
8) How expensive are they?
9) Have they been chosen correctly to suit the enviroment?
10) What would you have chosen?
11) Would another material work as well or better?
Completed on 17th August 2008. 8/17/2008 A poem snt from a friend who..well poem says it really!Read
Alone..... Especially the Poem I believe whatever is in store for us will be for us. The poem is very true, unfortunately. Make sure you read the poem! CASE 1: Kelly Sedey had one wish, for her boyfriend of three years, David Marsden, to propose to her. Then one day when she was out to lunch David proposed! She accepted, but then had to leave because she had a meeting in 20 min. When she got to her office, ! ! she noticed on her computer she had some e-mail's. She checked it, the usual stuff from her friends, but then she saw one that she had never gotten before. It was this poem. She simply deleted it without even reading all of it. BIG MISTAKE! Later that evening, she received a phone call from the police It was about DAVID! He had been in an accident with an 18 wheeler. He didn't survive! CASE 2: Take Katie Robinson She received this poem and being the believer that she was she sent it to a few of her friends but didn't have enough e-mail addresses to send out the full 5 that you must. Three days later, Katie went to a masquerade ball. Later that night when she left to get to her car, she was killed in that spot by a hit-and-run drunk driver. CASE 3: Richard S. Willis sent this poem out within 45 minutes of reading it. Not even 4 hours later walking along the street to his new job interview with a really big company, ! when he ran into Cynthia Bell, his secret love for 5 years. Cynthia came up to him and told him of her passionate crush on him that she had had for 2 years. Three days later, he proposed to her and they got married. Cynthia and Richard are still married with three children, happy as ever! This is the poem: Around the corner I have a friend,
In this great city that has no end, Yet the days go by and weeks rush on, And before I know it, a year is gone. And I never see my old friends face, For life is a swift and terrible race, He knows
I like him just as well, As in the days when I rang his bell. And he rang mine but we were younger then, and now we are busy, tired men. Tired of playing a foolish game, Tired of trying to make a name. 'Tomorrow' I say! 'I will call on Jim Just to show that I'm thinking of him.' But tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes, And distance between us grows and grows. Around the corner, yet miles away, 'Here's a telegram sir,' 'Jim died today.' And that's what we get and deserve in the end. Around the corner, a vanished friend. Remember to always say what you mean. if you love someone, tell them. Because when you decide that it is the right time it might be too late. Seize the day. Never have regrets. And most importantly, stay close to your friends and family, for they have helped make you the person that you are today. SMILE, even through your tears!!!!! Just wanted to thank Si for sending this to me via facebook. It made me realize that the time i used to have i never seem to have anymore! Dont seem to stop by any my mates, real world or msn, never seem to put that time aside anymore, i log into msn half the time am not here, but busy with courses or the girls, the house.
Not spoke to ZAK or fair few others for months either, he's another mate i used to sit for hrs chatting with,
I kind of see things today as if you guys pop up on my msn then i know you are ok,and all is cool....it's when that day comes that you dont pop up anymore,....
...Ok, this has made me realize that friends are just as important! So i will try and stop by (work down my contact list) say hi and stay abit too and chat. Sorry guys x 8/15/2008 Met a great guy today....Questions at bottom if you out there dont mind reading this and answering please??? ...Haha also mailing me answers is good to lol, means i sit here most the day answering mail instead of doing design stuff..oh well guess i did ask for all your opinions. Thankyou
Been chatting with this guy online.phone/text for about 6-7 months,i always left it, (has i do all guys off ' just some site i get chatting with) ''well if your over this way drop in for a brew!''
well i got a txt from him at 0745 saying 'that brew is it still on offer,',still half asleep i txt back making arrangements to meet him in dartmouth between 11:00-11:30...he is driving from Hampshire!
He turns up, instant liking to the girls, instant girl liking to him,...i go off to buy the takeaway brew!
Eventually managed to peel the girls off the poor guy long enough to say hello and get into convo with him, which then turned into us both laughing and giggling with each other, all seemed to be going along just great, after all how great can it get between just a 'getting to know you face to face over coffee'?? ok, ok, maybe it was more than great, i guess there was a liking there when the girls went off in front and he moved to hold my hand walking down the street...i mean i did'nt move away so leave it as it WAS going great.
UNTILL....
He suddenly reached for his 'vibrating' mobile phone!!
Now i knew this guy had been married, been divorced for 3half years and was dad to a little 6 year old boy who he see's 2 weekends a month, thats cool with me, no poblem!.
Only what i did'nt know was that he also came with ex lingering about in the background, Dont take this wrong way, i mean cause i knew that the ex would be around somewhere,as he still sees his little boy, thats cool with me.
But 5-7 txt messages??...2 phone calls, 1 he tryed to ignore??? and then him telling his ex he is'nt anywhere near home so dont go dropping the little boy off at his mums...
Well when he got off the phone, i just smiled, did'nt make an issue of it, after all it was ONLY a coffee with some guy,so no issue to make right??!!!
WRONG!!...
The guy decided, rightly so, that he really should be making his way back home just incase the ex has decided to 'dump' his little boy on his ill mum and gone out clubbing, and if he did'nt there was always the threat of ''the ex will stop me seeing my little boy if i dont'' ...
So i agreed with him, after he told me hw i was this..and that..and can we see each other again, he would really like to, oh and he'll txt me later when it is all sorted....
QUESTIONS----
1- How can any guy who has a child attatched to him move on and have a relationship with another women when the ex is still involved?,
2- How can he move on if he is living under the 'If you dont do what i want you to do,when i say, then i WILL stop you seeing your kid' ?... long past it's sell buy date motto!
3- How the hell can i have a relationship of any sort with this guy when the above is ALREADY an issue and thats just over a quick brew?
4- I have 3 girls, NO EX lurking about!!, now i know how i am looked at has 'just wanting some guy,any guy to be dad to the girls',which is so far past the truth i laugh everytime it is said...but how the hell do i find a guy who dont see me as that, just wants me for me, and has no bloody ex lurking in his life thats more full time than the full time jobs they advertise in the paper???
I can cope with the 'i got to see my little one this weekend' thats cool, so long as it dont become habit! what i annot cope with is IF i was in a relationship with this guy WTF would be going on...txt messages....phone calls...ex ranting down the phone with the ultimatums to him, and him droppin any, infact ALL plans with me to rise to her demands.
I actully feel sorry for the guy, he's one great guy, fun to be around, full of witt, charm, sarcasm, a sense of direction in life, got on great with him!!....Unfortuntly due to his ex it just would'nt work between us i have to delete this guy, and move on.Shame but no point in keep chatting with him ,i dont feel like ever meeting him again....guess theres a lesson to be learnt somewhere in amongst today? 8/14/2008 AutoCAD Assignment 1-Assignment 1- Done 14th august 2008
1)- Start AutoCAD and select start from scratch-metric-ok
2)- Refer to activity drawing 1 ( activity at the back of CAD book i got)
3)- Set a grid and snap spacing to suit (10/10)
4)- Menu bar with DRAW-rectangle and create rectangle froom 0,0 (startpoint) 420,297 (endpoint)
5)- Using only the LINE and CIRCLE commands (and OOPS for mistakes)
a- draw the given shapes
b- practice drawing using the above drawing aids. All the shapes to 'fit into' the rectangle
c- when the drawing is complete save it.
So far so good!, one more chapter of CAD then better get started with the Interior Design stuff. 8/12/2008 CAD screen, Items, functions, all 22 of them...THE CAD GRAPHICS SCREEN-

22- Pickfirst/grips boxes
Have till july 2009 to memorize all 22, know where they are on the CAD graphics screen, what they are used for and why ...! What is CAD?..CAD = Computer Aided Design,
Computer Aided Draughting or,
CADD= Computer Aided Draughting and Design.
What is it used for and by who?...
CAD is an engineering draughting tool used to replace the t-square and set squares. It is used in nearly every engineering disipline,
a) Machanical
b) Electrical
c) Civil
d) Structural (Architectural)
The different CAD software used for different things...
* Produce 2d orthoganal layouts
* Create 3d wire-frame surface and solid models
* Customize the system to company standards
* Programme common features to customer requirements
* Create parametric and feature based models
* Complete element and analysis
The 2d ortholographic layout is used by most CAD users,
ADVANTAGES-
1- Increased productivity
2- Shorter lead times
3- Rapid response to change
4- Ability to alter excisting drawings quickly
5- Standardisation of dimensions and text
6- With network systems several users can access the same drawing
7- Easy storage of drawings, hence no requirements for large drawing vaults
8- Visulisation and rendering of models
DISADVANTAGES-
1- Justification of the system
2- The initial cost... Cost me £587.00 approx, for full 1 year student version
3- Training.... Dam long hrs spent with head in books, and sat with CAD software open on computer screen, not good to do during kids summer hols !
4- Cost of hardware and software upgrades....Had to have my vista comp upgraded to a 2GB, + proccessor and Graphics card,
The advantages greatly outweigh the disadvantages though!.
8/11/2008 Beautiful words with great meaning, sent by a friend...Ordinarily people are not happy when they are alone. They feel very empty, they feel something is missing. They can't live alone for long periods, even an hour looks like many hours. They escape into a relationship. The realtionship is just an escape from oneself. It is not a true relationship, it is negative; a man falls in love with a woman just to avoid his loneliness. A woman falls in love with a man just to avoid her loneliness. The positive relationship is a totally different one. You are not trying to escape from yourself. You love to be yourself, you love your aloneness, you rejoice, and whenever you find time you move into it. But in aloneness so much bliss is created that you have to share it. It become like a burden, like a cloud full of rainwater - it has to shower. It doesn't matter whether the earth needs it or not, it does not matter whether the trees are receptive or not; it has to shower, it has to unburden itself. Remember, the greatest burden in life is when you are overflowing with bliss. Everything else can be carried, but bliss has to be shared. It is the greatest burden - sweet, but a mountainous burden. You cannot carry it alone, you needs friends to share it with. Then a relationship is positive. Then you don't fall in love, you rise in love. Then a man rises in love with a woman. 8/9/2008 CAD course contents! How much left to do now....Chapter 1- Useing the text book ...DONE!

TEST PAPER 1- HALF WAY THERE ON ...!!?? (SHOULD BE JAN 2009) 8/3/2008 Just incase i lose it....I have a scrap of paper in my hands, been reading it over and over most the weekend, it was given to me via my mates mum , sadly that mate is no longer with us guessing he wrote it whilst doing his stint, over time i will lose this little scrap of paper, put it down and forget where i put it, something i dont ever want to do!, so am putting it here, so not only i can find it, but the girls can also, when older come here and read it too!!
A friends advice to the girls who meant the world...
''Be strong. Be intelligent. Smile!
Know the beauty has everything to do with how you feel about yourself and nothing to do with looks or other people's opinions. Never do anything just because everyone else is if you believe it is wrong.
Always be true to yourself.Expect the best from life and that's what you'll get. Learn from your mistakes and failures.
Believe in magic and wish on stars.Love and trust and be compassionate. Make faces. Play in mud puddles. Take bubble baths. Turn off all the lights and watch lightning storms. Dance, laugh, cry, and sing when you want to. Read everything you can get your hands on.
Stand up for what is right especially if you stand alone. Don't allow yourself or people around you to tolerate prejudices of any kind. Don't be afraid to try something new. Do something daring at least once a month. Run through snow blizzards. Spin in circles and roll down hills. Pet puppies, hold kittens, and talk to babies. Take afternoon naps. Stay up to watch the sunrise.
Never apologize for being who you are or being yourself. Never forget that i love you all more than any other person in this world, no matter how far apart we are you will always be the girls i idolise.
With me having this thick line that i never cross, the one that goes, 'i never feck my mates'!.
Mates are for laughing with, sharing fun times with, memorys and painful times with. For being there for and....
Why do guys never say how they REALLY feel, why do they assume that has i am female i can read every dam signal they give out...
After knowing him for over 7years WHY DID'T HE JUST SAY HOW HE FELT BEFORE !!!
